The female
and male competitors earning the highest number of votes will be presented
in Barcelona with the Longines Press Award for Elegance.
This unique prize, awarded in recognition of a rider’s elegance,
brings a touch of sophistication to these top-level competitions by
highlighting a closely linked qualities and gifts expressive of the
rider’s personality, charm and charisma as well as the harmony
between rider and horse. Like Longines watches, which unite precision,
technology and refinement, this prize for elegance rewards the rider

in relationship to his or her mount.
This year, which marks Longines’ 175th anniversary, the firm
