Longines is renowned for its association with precision, timekeeping and prestigious events.

On Thursday 23rd October, Longines UK invited guests to accompany them back to the golden era of the 1920s for their annual press dinner. Key members of the press from National/Consumer and Specialist media titles joined Longines to travel back in time for an evening of elegant luxury aboard the Orient-Express.

The journalists started the evening with a champagne reception at the Grosvenor Hotel, Harvard Bar to view a selection of original 1920s time pieces before boarding the Longines branded carriages of the Orient Express British Pullman.

A selection of watches from the current collections inspired by the 1920s era was displayed on each table aboard the train in an Art Deco style jewellery box. Each carriage on the train has its own story to tell, synonymous with Longines and its diverse collection of stunning timepieces.

Longines were delighted to provide the guests with an evening that epitomised luxury, glamour and sophistication beyond all expectations.
