The Longines’ PrimaLuna Collection Grand Launch Event (Taipei City, Taiwan)

Under its renowned brand concept “Elegance is an attitude”, the Longines PrimaLuna Collection was launched at Grand Victoria Hotel in Taiwan on October 6th in a grand event attended by Mr. Charles Villoz, Vice President for Longines International, and Ms. Chi-Ling Lin, Longines ambassador as the first grand launch event for this collection in Asia. In conjunction with the launch of Longines PrimaLuna, Longines invited guests to attend SOGO BR4 Boutique's re-open ceremony and gala dinner. The event gave guests a chance to enjoy the essence of contemporary, sophisticated elegance of Longines PrimaLuna.
To maximize the concept of Longines PrimaLuna – The first moon in spring after long darkness of winter, representing the new life and passing time, and impress the audience with the global advertising campaign image "a Thousand and One Nights", the gala dinner was given the theme of “PrimaLuna, the 1001 night” under a graceful, magical atmosphere. The venue at Grand Victoria Hotel was decorated to resemble a mysterious and gorgeous Middle-East palace.
Corridor of Middle-East Place was arranged in cocktail area, where guests could enjoy cocktail and the Middle-East entertainment of snake charmer as well as admired the exquisite time pieces of Longines PrimaLuna. To create more excitements, all the guests were informed dress code of the night was "mysterious and romantic Arabian presentation", and received an Arabian style gift - a coin girdle, so that guests could feel like they actually went into the mysterious scene of "The 1001 Night".
After a special door-opening show performed by Longines sales team who dress up as Aladdin, the conference hall decorated as mysterious and gorgeous Middle-East palace was nunveiled in front of all the guests. To present the elegant image of Longines PrimaLuna, the renowned “Arabesque belly dancers” was invited to perform belly dance during the launch event, serving as the opening show. To start the magical night, these famous belly dancers demonstrated the desire to get "the symbol of passing time" - Longines PrimaLuna. The Middle-East dance performance perfectly presented the graceful, magical and mystery atmosphere during the whole night.
After the tremendous opening, Mr. Charles Villoz, Vice president for Longines international and Erica Chang, Vice president of Longines Taiwan gave an opening speech to welcome all the guests’ attendance. Then, the product presentation along with Longines PrimaLuna advertisement film was conducted by Helen Chou, Marketing manager of Longines Taiwan. Following a catwalk show, combining the elements of elegant and mysterious Middle-East concepts, Longines Ambassador Ms. Chi-Ling Lin appeared on the stage performed Middle East dance to well present the feminine, mysterious, oriental concept of Longines PrimaLuna Collection.
Right after catwalk show, the behind-the-scene film of Chi Ling’s advertisement shooting along with short chat between Chi Ling Lin and Erica Chang, vice president of Longines Taiwan added attractive, interesting, and relaxed elements to the event. Then, Middle East instruments performed by band “Aashti” and belly dancer again leaded guests into the Middle East mysterious atmosphere. In the meanwhile, models showed Longines PrimaLuna table by table to let guests could have a deep look at Longines PrimaLuna time pieces in the atmosphere full of oriental mystery.
