Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your product, you may safely return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased from www.longines.com/en-gb by notifying the UK team within 14 days from the day after receipt of your order and once the return is confirmed you have a further 14 days to return the order for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. During the festive season we offer an extended returns policy until the 15th of January for all orders purchased from the 15th of November until 23rd of December.
