If you need to send your Longines watch to our customer service department for maintenance or repairs, we will be happy to provide you with free shipping. To take advantage of this service, please contact us using the form below and we will send you an envelope containing pre-paid packaging.
In order to take advantage of your warranty, don't forget to enclose your valid warranty card or a copy of it. Please complete the form enclosed with the packaging we send you and return it to us along with your watch. Then, simply take the package to the post office and request proof of postage, free of charge. Please note that the parcel is only insured for one watch.
This service is only available in Switzerland for individuals possessing a Longines watch. It is not intended for service centers sending a watch on behalf of an individual. If you have any questions, you can contact us on by phone or at customerservice.hk@longines.com.
