Swiss Watchmaker and Hampton Classic Official Timekeeper Longines Presents Timepieces to Prize Winners
Swiss watchmaker Longines returned as the Official Partner and Timekeeper of the Hampton Classic Horse Show, which was held in Bridgehampton, New York from August 25 to September 1. The brand presented elegant watches to winners in ceremonies honoring their distinguished performances in the Longines Rider Challenge, the Longines Cup, and the Grand Prix. The Longines Rider Challenge prize was awarded to Shane Sweetnam, who accumulated the most points in the Open Jumper classes, who also won the Longines Cup riding Kirschwasser SCF. Lucy Deslauriers, riding Hester, took the Grand Prix prize.
Now in its 44th year, the Hampton Classic has become a fixture of the New York City social calendar, attended by more than 3,000 VIP guests, including high-profile celebrities and socialites, who sip, stroll, and spectate throughout the extravagant event. Nearly 50,000 spectators attended the extravagant 2019 Hampton Classic event, presented with Official Partner and Timekeeper Longines.
