Just as with any other precision instrument, a watch needs to be maintained regularly to ensure faultless performance.

If you need to send your Longines watch to our customer service department for maintenance or repair, we will be happy to provide free shipping. To take advantage of this service, use the form below to contact us and we will send you an envelope with prepaid packaging.

In order to benefit from our warranty, don't forget to enclose the valid warranty card. Please fill in the form which is enclosed in the package we send you and return it to us along with your watch. Next, take the package to an FIS or ACS office and ask for proof of shipping charges, for free. Please remember that the parcel is insured for one watch only.

This service is available only in Greece for people who own a Longines watch. It is not intended for service centres which send watches on a person's behalf. If you have any questions, you can contact us on +210 9565656 or at e-commerce@longines.gr.

How does it work?


Step 01

Order packaging using the online form.

Step 02

Receive the parcel containing the Longines packaging.

Step 03

Complete the form and pack the watch.

Step 04

Take the prepaid package to the courier.

Step 05

The watch will be examined at the Longines workshop.

Step 06

A quote will be sent . If your watch is covered by the warranty you will not need to provide your written consent.
