Just as with any other precision instrument, a watch needs to be maintained regularly to ensure faultless performance.

If you need to send your Longines watch to our customer service department for maintenance or repairs, we will be happy to provide you with free shipping. To take advantage of this service, please contact us using the form below and we will send you an pre-paid packaging.

In order to take advantage of your warranty, don't forget to enclose your valid warranty card. Please complete the form enclosed with the packaging we send you and return it together to us along with your Longines watch. Then, contact our forwarder Mikropakket to pick up your watch. Mikropakket is available on by phone.

This service is only available in the Netherlands for individuals possessing a Longines watch. It is not intended for service centers sending a watch on behalf of an individual. If you have any questions, you can contact us by phone or at e-commerce@longines.nl
