RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return any unworn, undamaged merchandise purchased from longines.com/en-us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price.
Any product that fails our quality inspection due to scratches, damage, or other signs of wear, will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. When trying on your purchased product, we recommend doing so without wearing any accessories that may damage or scratch it. Similarly, avoid placing your Longines product on hard surfaces like those made of metal, glass, granite or ceramic.
Watch straps that are sized (cut) are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, extra links, free gifts, or anything else that came with the item.
Orders placed from November 15 through December 15 have an extended return policy through January 15.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To start your return, please follow these steps:
- 1. Sign in to your account, locate your order in the "My Order List" section, and click the "Initiate return" link. If you do not have an account, please use our guest return page.
- 2. Enter your return details and submit the form to generate your prepaid FedEx return label.
- 3. Once generated, print the return label. Make sure to completely remove or cover any previous shipping labels and barcodes from your shipping box.
- 4. Attach the label and drop the return at any FedEx location.
Your Longines product must be returned with any boxes, warranty cards, user manuals, gifts with purchase (if applicable), and any extra links due to bracelet sizing. In order to expedite your return, you must choose the appropriate reason code for your return on the return form. Carefully package merchandise to prevent damage in transit.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent by FedEx with a valid tracking number attached. We are not responsible for items which are lost, stolen, broken, or damaged during the return process. All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment.
Please note: All exchanges must be equal or greater in value to the returned merchandise. If the value of the item(s) that you wish to exchange exceeds the value of your returned item(s), you will be charged the difference.

MISSING ORIGINAL COMPONENTS
If a product is returned without all of its original components, the following charges will be applied:
- Missing Gift With Purchase: Value of gift will be deducted from refund.
- Missing Box: $25
- Missing User Manual: $20
DEFECTIVE OR WRONG MERCHANDISE
If your merchandise has a significant defect right out of the box (e.g., the product is broken, has missing parts, etc.) or you have received the wrong merchandise, we'll be happy to exchange it.
Please contact our Customer Service representative at 1-866-462-4032 (From 8 AM to 6 PM ET Monday through Friday) within 72 hours from the date of delivery, and we will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. Items damaged due to customer abuse or negligence will not be accepted.
You will not be charged any additional shipping fees for replacement items.
