The Longines Equita Lyon-Concours Hippique International 2023 provided the perfect stage to witness the brilliance of Gregory Wathelet in the 3rd leg of the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™. Similarly, Julien Epaillard delivered an unmatched performance during the Longines Grand Prix. In addition to being the Title Partner and Official Timekeeper, Longines was proud to present the new Mini DolceVita as the Official Watch of the event.
From November 1st to 5th, the Lyon Euroexpo was the setting for an incredible equestrian spectacle. The Longines Equita Lyon Concours Hippique International included two major competitions: the Longines Grand Prix and the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™.
On Friday, November 3rd, the French rider Julien Epaillard delighted the crowd with an outstanding home win and took the top spot on the podium in the Longines Grand Prix.
Wrapping up this spectacular event on Sunday, November 5th, Gregory Wathelet, made his fellow Belgians proud by winning the 3rd leg of the Longines FEI Jumping World Cup™. Julien Epaillard and Ben Maher of Great Britain secured the second and third positions, respectively.
