If you need to send your Longines watch to our customer service department for maintenance or repairs, we will be happy to provide you with free shipping. To take advantage of this service, please contact us using the form below and we will send you an envelope containing pre-paid packaging.
In order to take advantage of your warranty, don't forget to enclose your valid warranty card or a copy of it. In the packaging material you will also find a form that must be filled out and sent along with the watch. Bring the package to the post office and request a shipping receipt. There is no postage to pay. Your watch is on its way to us. Please note: the package is only insured for one watch.
Our opening hours: Monday - Thursday: 09:00am-17:30pm and Friday 09:00am to 17:15pm.
This service is available for individual watch owners and not to service centers who send the watch on behalf of a customer.
How does it work?

Receive the parcel containing the Longines packaging.
Complete the form and pack the watch.
Take the pre-paid package to the post office.
Analysis of the watch at the Longines office.
Quote sent. If your watch is under warranty, you will not be required to provide your written consent.
