Ceramic

Technical ceramics, high-tech materials which start out in powder form, only melt at very high temperatures. They cannot, therefore, be turned to liquid to make them flow, like metals.

Instead, the powder is sintered after being placed in a mould: the grains of material only partially melt, on the surface and under pressure. They clump together to form a homogeneous, hard-wearing surface.

ADVANTAGES:

Ceramic materials are light, heat-resistant, acid-resistant, stainless, hypoallergenic, practically unbreakable and extremely hard.

USE:

Case (case middle, bezel, back, crown, push-buttons), bracelet.
