What makes this timepiece exceptional
This chronograph with its cushion shaped case, formed by flowing lines, is designed for divers and timers. The oversized case permits perfect reading of the graduated bezel, the generously sized minute-counter and tenths of a second. The case with its hardened mineral glass will stand up to a pressure of 20 atmospheres, enabling the diver to go down to a depth of 650 feet. This wrist-chronograph patented by Longines is equipped with a seconds hand including a graduated scale of the “Vernier” type at its end, enabling readings to the nearest tenth of a second to be taken quickly and accurately. The chronograph movement manufactured by Longines incorporates even a flyback mechanism.
