Should you need to send your Longines timepiece to our customer service department for service or a repair, we will be pleased to provide you with complimentary shipping.


To take advantage of this complimentary shipping to our service centre, please contact us using the form below and we will send you a satchel containing pre-paid packaging materials.


Additionally, in order to take advantage of your warranty (where applicable), do not forget to enclose your valid Longines International warranty card or a clear copy of it.


Please ensure to complete the form enclosed with the packaging we send to you and return it to us along with your timepiece.


Then simply take the package to your nearest convenient Australia Post office and request a shipping receipt. There is no postage to pay. Your timepiece is on its way to us. Please note: the package is only insured for one watch.

  • Take the pre-paid package to the post office

  • Analysis of the watch at the Longines office

  • Quote sent
