What makes this timepiece exceptional
The 13.33Z caliber is one of the first small-size chronograph movements ever developed for a wristwatch. The refinement of the movement includes an instantaneous minute-counter: The minute hand jumps one step forward exactly between the 59th and the 60th second of a minute. In addition, the enamel dial is hand painted and of great beauty. By looking closer, one can distinguish the remarkable work of hand-made brush. The exceptional condition of the gold case of this timepiece is due to a complete restoration based on the expertise of the Longines heritage workshop jeweller.
