Although many fans around the world were first introduced to the talented actor in his Emmy-nominated breakout performance as the smoldering Simon Bassett, the Duke of Hastings, in Netflix’s acclaimed series Bridgerton, he already has a notable résumé that includes his memorable role as Chicken George in 2016’s Roots, a distinguished starring turn in Shonda Rhimes’s 2018 legal drama series, For the People, and recently appearing in the Emmy-nominated jazz-era romance Sylvie’s Love from Amazon Studios.
Page has also distinguished himself in live theatre and he has established himself as an imposing cultural presence.
He was honored on the 2021 TIME 100 Next list, the magazine’s annual list of individuals who are shaping the future of their fields and defining the next generation of leadership.
Page has demonstrated the mastery of his craft across an impressive range of genres and is set to attract even more global attention with his upcoming roles in the Russo brothers film The Gray Man and Paramount’s epic blockbuster Dungeons and Dragons. Page will next star in and executive produce a new, reimagined version of The Saint for Paramount Pictures.
