The Pioneering Spirit
Lives On

Embodying the pioneering spirit that pushes athletes to constantly surpass their own limits in order to change the course of skiing history, the Longines Spirit watch made of stainless steel has features that perfectly mirror this spirit among athletes. In the 40 mm version, it measures time with three hands, whereas the 42 mm version features a chronograph or date display. Fitted with a stainless steel bracelet or a dark brown, light brown or blue leather strap, the watch is available in three dial colours: matt black, grained silver and sunray blue. The watch face also bears the five Longines stars symbolising the brand's ongoing quest to improve its reliability and performance – a mindset that the watchmaker shares with its athletes on the alpine skiing circuit. Its distinctive aesthetics feature an oversized crown, large baton-style hands and a vintage font. The Longines Spirit models are fitted with exclusive, new self-winding movements with antimagnetic silicon balance-springs. All models are chronometer-certified and benefit from a 5-year warranty.

The Pioneering Spirit Lives On

Longines’ long-lasting involvement in sports’ timekeeping started in 1878 with the first chronograph manufactured by Longines. Building on its in-house expertise, Longines gradually built a special relationship with the world of sport. It can count now many years of experience as a timekeeper for world championships in sport or as a partner of international sports federations.
