The Sunshine Tour 2022 is beginning this week in the oldest city in Western Europe, Cadiz. More than 3,500 horse and rider combinations will pass through the facilities in Vejer de la Frontera. Some of the world’s leading riders with their horses will arrive one after another from all corners of the world, many of whom from central Europe, to compete in elite-level competitions at Montenmedio which has the most extensive equestrian facilities in all of Europe for four disciplines - Jumping, Dressage, Driving and Eventing.

This year, more than 750 riders and 3’500 horses from 50 different countries are participating in this edition. There will be more than 300 classes throughout the weeks of the tour and 42 of them will score for the FEI Longines Ranking.

On this occasion, the Swiss watch brand will be delighted to celebrate the winner’s great performance by presenting him an elegant Longines timepiece.

This Spanish Tour is also the perfect opportunity for Longines to highlight a moon phase model for women from one of its emblematic lines known for its watchmaking expertise - The Longines Master Collection. Since the success of the men’s moon phase models of the line introduced two years ago, Longines took on the challenge of fitting a moonphase indicator in a 34 mm case and skillfully achieved this technical feat while ensuring the exquisite expression of elegance of the timepieces for women. This vivacious blend of technical sophistication and pure feminine elegance will entice women wishing to pursue both fine watchmaking and timeless style.
