Since 2019, Mélanie Meillard (born in 1998), a Swiss athlete from Neuchâtel, has embodied Longines elegance through her strength of character, graceful style and ever-present smile. She has been skiing since the age of two and won a gold medal at the Youth Olympic Games in 2016 during her junior years.

In the 2016–2017 and 2017–2018 seasons, she entered the Top 10 of the FIS World Cup rankings in slalom, and in 2018 she was named Longines Rising Ski Star as well as the most successful female skier under 21 on the World Cup circuit.

Injured during training at the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Winter Games (KOR), Mélanie made a strong comeback in the 2020–2021 season, finishing in the Top 10 in slalom in Levi (FIN), exactly 1,026 days after her last race.

Driven by passion, determination and ambition, she worked hard to return to the slopes and finished 14th in the FIS Slalom World Cup standings for the 2023–2024 season. Focusing solely on slalom during the winter of 2024–2025, she refined her technique and returned to the Top 10 in the discipline, ranking 8th in the world for the season.
