As the Official Partner and Official Timekeeper of the Qatar Racing & Equestrian Club, Longines was proud to time the victory of French King, ridden by Olivier Peslier, in the much-anticipated HH the Amir The Trophy presented by Longines, on February 22. The thrilling race took place during the annual 3-raceday HH The Amir’s Sword Festival, held at the Al Rayyan Racecourse in Doha (Qatar) from February 20-22. To mark this great victory, the Swiss watchmaker was delighted to present elegant timepieces to the winner’s team.
The Official Watch of the Festival was a blue dial chronograph from the Conquest V.H.P. “Very High Precision” collection. The sporty timepiece is equipped with an exclusive movement renowned for its high degree of precision (± 5 seconds/year) and its ability to reset its hands after an impact or exposure to a magnetic field. These attractive features are completed by a very long battery life and a perpetual calendar.
