If you need to send your Longines watch to our customer service department for maintenance or repairs, we will be happy to provide you with free shipping.


To take advantage of this service, please contact us using the form below.


You will be contacted by us to find out which shipping options you prefer.
There is no postage to pay. Your watch is on its way to us. Please note: the package is only insured for one watch.


In order to take advantage of your warranty, don't forget to enclose your valid warranty card or a copy of it.


Please complete the form enclosed with the packaging we send you and return it to us along with your watch.


This service is available for individual watch owners and not to service centers who send the watch on behalf of a customer.

  • Pick up or drop off according to your preferred shipping option

  • Analysis of the watch at the Longines office

  • Quote sent

    If your watch is under warranty, you will not be required to provide your written consent.
