If you need to send your Longines watch to our customer service department for maintenance or repairs, we will be happy to provide you with free shipping.


To take advantage of this service, please contact us using the form below and we will send you an pre-paid packaging.


In order to take advantage of your warranty, don't forget to enclose your valid warranty card.


Please complete the form enclosed with the packaging we send you and return it together to us along with your Longines watch.


Then, contact our forwarder Mikropakket to pick up your watch.

This service is only available in the Netherlands for individuals possessing a Longines watch. It is not intended for service centers sending a watch on behalf of an individual.

  • Contact our forwarder Mikropakket to pick up your watch

  • Analysis of the watch at the Longines office

  • Quote sent

    If your watch is under warranty, you will not be required to provide your written consent.
