On 24 December 2017, the Queen’s Baton Relay, of which Longines is the Official Partner and Watch, arrived at Brisbane International Airport. Australian athlete and Longines Friend Cameron McEvoy had the honor of welcoming the Queen’s Baton containing a message from Her Majesty the Queen for its arrival on Australian soil. The Baton will now travel for 100 days across all states and territories of Australia to arrive on the Gold Coast in time for the Opening Ceremony of the XXI Commonwealth Games on 4 April 2018.
